This new interface shows your shipments in two groups: bookings and shipments. 

This module allows you to visualize and filter your Active and Completed shipments, track your pieces, download documents, PODs, and more.

In this module, you will be able to create or upload your orders and requirements.

SEARCH FILTERS

Filter by Date, Supplier, Status, PO, Consignee, Document Number

Date range cannot exceed 21 days

Pending: pending POs

Completed: POs received in origin and departed earlier than 7 days ago 

Create a PO Manually

Upload XML file.

Check the status of your requirements: required, coordinated or received.

The system will automatically assign a Document Nr. If this field is empty, it means that agency has not assigned a number yet. 

Check more detailed information about your orders in PO Detail:

Pending: Pending Local Orders

Completed: when the order has been received or is canceled, and there are still pieces in another status after 7 days. 

Edit, Delete, Clone, Print Label, Print Manifest or Upload Files until it is received at Warehouse.

Check the status of your Local Orders.

Remember that if the orders are not confirmed, it will not be possible to receive them at our Warehouse.

In this module, you will be able to visualize all your pieces in our Inventory including the Barcode, Shipments Number, Exporter, Ship to, Consignee, Product, Status, Warehouse Area, Order Number, Sales Date, Carrier, Dispatch Date, Inventory Check Number, and Sales Note.
