We present to you the new Alliance Cloud interface, focused on facilitating the experience of our users through a 360 vision. You will find all the information about your shipments on the same screen with a modern and renewed design.

This status will show when the booking of the shipment is assigned, this is the only status in the Booking section.

This status will show in origin when at least one piece of a shipment has been coordinated (confirmed).

For Quito it is shown when the previously coordinated pieces have been registered as received in the system.

For the origins of Bogota, Medellin, and Costa Rica the reception refers to when a massive entry is made from the web.

This status belongs only to Quito shipments, for pieces received that have been dispatched to the palletizer.

For origins Bogota, Medellin, and Costa Rica do not have a warehouse and therefore do not show this status.

For Quito it is shown when the shipped pieces have been delivered to the palletizer and the weight information has been sent through integration.

For Bogota, Medellin, and Costa Rica is recorded when the warehouses of each airline are uploaded to the waybill and records the Net Weight in our system.

This status is displayed when the waybill has been cut at origin

It is displayed when a delay has been recorded in the Tracking module. You can also record the delay status at the destination.

It is displayed when the Tracking module has registered a cargo division into several flights on their way to destination.

It is displayed when the flight departure was registered in the Tracking module.

It is displayed after the Departure status, when in the Tracking module the shipment registers at least one stopover in its itinerary and the flight is on its way to its destination.

It is shown when in the Tracking module a waybill that had a Partial Departure has been registered as arrived; but not all the cargo of the shipment has yet arrived at the destination.

It is displayed when the arrival of the shipment has been registered in the Tracking module.

ONLY FOR MIAMI CUSTOMERS

It is displayed when "Released PPQ" status has been registered at the destination, this means that the cargo has been inspected and released by MIA's Agriculture department.

It is displayed when the cargo is ready to be picked up by the carrier from the warehouse in Miami.

It is displayed when at least one piece of cargo has been received at the Miami warehouse.

It is displayed when at least one piece of cargo has been shipped to the carrier. 

It is displayed when the cargo has been cleared, has been delivered to the final customer's delivery location, and has POD (Proof of Delivery) document sent to the customer (notification).
