HOW DO I CHECK PRE-ALERTS OF EACH SHIPMENT ON ALLIANCE CLOUD?

1. Go to Alliance Cloud and enter your username and password.

2. In the Shipment section, find the shipment you want to view the pre-alert.

3. Click on the "Three points" icon and several icons will appear.

4. Click on the page icon (Tooltip: View Detail)

5. The pop-up with the pre-alert information will be displayed.

There are 2 functionalities:

1. Filter the information displayed in the pop-up and download it in Excel.

2. Download the complete information in Excel or PDF format.

The pop-up has two tabs:

1. Pre-alert: shows the information of the coordinated and received pieces, before the cutting of the AWB.

2. Final alert: shows the information of the coordinated and received pieces, after the cutting of the AWB.
