At Logiztik Alliance Group we consider the privacy of our visitors to be extremely important. This privacy policy document describes in detail the types of personal information collected and recorded by Logiztik Alliance App and how we use it.

Log Files

Like many other apps and websites, Logiztik Alliance App makes use of log files. These files merely logs visitors to the app - usually a standard procedure for hosting companies and a part of hosting services' analytics. The information inside the log files includes internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet Service Provider (ISP), date/time stamp, referring/exit pages, and possibly the number of clicks. This information is used to analyze trends, administer the site, track user's movement around the site, and gather demographic information. IP addresses and other such information are not linked to any information that is personally identifiable.

Cookies and Web Beacons

Logiztik Alliance APP uses cookies to store information about visitors' preferences, to record user-specific information on which pages the site visitor accesses or visits, and to personalize or customize our web page content based upon visitors' browser type or other information that the visitor sends via their browser.

Camera and Images

For certain information, Logiztik APP will need access to the client's camera or/and images. The user will have to allow the use of the cellphone's camera to be able to take / select images. These images will be used only for the purposes stated in the APP's required feature, once the user allows the camera usage. 

The acceptance of this permission will mean that we have the user's consent to use these images for the stated requirement. Profile pictures will not be stored by Logiztik Alliance Group.

Stats

Logiztik Alliance App features a "Stats" module, where we provide each client analytics of their shipments. Kilograms Sent, Weight Report, Top Exporters and Package Temperature statistics are a key feature of our app. The information available for each client in this module is based on real-time information of the user's shipments. Each client has its exclusive statistics that cannot be seen by other visitors signing in from different users.

Information

The information included in the app is Logiztik Alliance Group's transactional information, therefore, it belongs to Logiztik Alliance Group itself.
