Open “Purchase Orders” module:

Go to the option “New”

Select the "Delivery Date", which indicates when your cargo will be delivered by the exporter.

Fill in the "Origin" and "Destination" fields.

Enter the Client information.

Click the arrow to proceed to the next module.

Complete the following details:

  • Exporter Name*: Company or individual exporting the goods.
  • Ship To: Final delivery destination.
  • Product*: Name of the shipped item.
  • Description: Product details.
  • Type of piece*: Unit type.
  • PCA Required: Total pieces needed.
  • Units/PC: Units per piece.
  • Piece Dimensions: Size in cm (L×W×H).
  • Carrier Date: Delivery date from Logiztik Alliance Miami Warehouse
  • Carrier: Choose the line truck for shipping from Logiztik Alliance Miami Warehouse.

Note: Please make sure to complete all required fields marked with an *.

Click the "Save" button.

Go to the "Barcodes" section and edit the barcode if necessary.

Save the final information.
